pity party
We've all had a pity party... I'm reasonably sure a good percentage of you have this week ...you know who you are... We've all rolled our eyes and considered using our pencils to stab out our ear drums so that we can have some reprieve from the bubble headed 16 year old who is in near hysterics and crying uncontrollably about how they "will Never love again and will just DIE from a broken heart" ... No? Just Me?

Any 16 year olds reading this... cut that shit out... you'll be over it before you even realise it... the reason we have forgotten that to them it  actually is the worst experience they've ever had, is because life has shown that it has an endless variety of new ways to screw with us.

Interesting stuff happening during the youth session , one of the key things to come up is that youth want youth friendly clinics! They feel that they are being judged by counsellors at the clinics, and that this turns them away from testing... Is this your experience?

You are ALL welcome to take part...live streaming of session planned with Twitter / Facebook based questions
The 6th SA AIDS Conference will be starting soon and the Youth Project will be very busy so keep an eye on the blog and updates from us and some of the youth participants. First thing we will be doing is a session for youth only to look at how to improve youth programmes and what can be done to get more people of our generation to fight against HIV/AIDS. If you are interested come join us. If you aren't interested at least don't be an asshole...sharing and forwarding this to people who actually might care takes 1 click of a button.

No REALLY... Someone Please Explain this...

So we posted a poll a while back asking when last did you get tested...

Simple Question...

2 clicks...

Answer

Submit

Doesn't seem too difficult... So please excuse my confusion when more than 14 x more people viewed the post than answered it!

Here it is again for those of you who couldn't figure out the whole 2 clicks thing...

Dj's continue to lead the way in  #ProjectZero we had some of United DJ's (click here to see post) getting tested as a group (amazing)  with more to follow soon I'm told.  Then we had the Brother-Sister combination of DJ Lady Lea and DJ Morgan the King proving awesomeness runs in the family.

And now the latest DJ to add her voice is none other than Anele Mdoda who as many of you know is  South African radio DJ known for her on-air vibrance at Highveld FM, unforgettable performances on Strictly Come Dancing and judging the Miss South Africa Pageant 2012

Condom Design
Know any others?
Irina Blok has taken Bill Gates up on his challenge to design the “Next Generation Condom,” at least from a graphic design standpoint. Blok says that “compelling artwork could encourage people around the world to actually use” condoms and that “packaging can be a fun reminder.”
